Counting down three days & we will be on the road. Leaving this Friday at noon. A late start this time of year allows us to avoid the fog in the San Joaquin Valley.
Still a lot of get ready chores to do before we are ready to leave.
Will spent the weekend in Riverside, Ca with son Dan & family. Sunday will be watching the Superbowl. A visit on Monday with my sister & husband in Highland, Ca.
Plan to soak up some sun in Indio during the week then on to Yuma Az to visit our friends the: "Martinis'".
A good thing happen here last weekend. Received just over 4 inches of rain that brought our year to date total over 12 inches...1/3 of normal. Boy it's cold, 26 degrees this AM. Didn't make it over 40 degrees yesterday.
Bear with me on our postings until we get familiar with how to do it. I plan to post photos from my collection of over 8,000 shots. As a little trivia a few will
